Yogi Formentera — an outdoor yoga shala on Formentera, Illes Balears, Spain.

Booking and payment terms

The space is rented by the hour at €30.00 per hour, from 08:00 to 21:00, seven days a week. Bookings are whole hours, minimum one hour, starting on the hour or the half hour.

A request does not reserve the hours. They are reserved only when payment has arrived and the booking has been confirmed. Until then another teacher may request and pay for the same hours.

Payment is by Bizum, quoting the booking reference in the concept field and sending exactly the amount shown.

If the reference or the amount does not match the booking, the payment and the reservation are rejected. The payment is refunded less a €10 processing fee.

Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours of the payment arriving.

What we collect

When you request hours we store the name, email address and phone number you give us, the dates and times you asked for, and any message you add. We also record the date and time you gave consent.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing on this site is loaded from a third party. The only cookie set is a session cookie in the private admin area, which visitors never receive.

Why we collect it

To answer your request, confirm your booking once payment arrives, and contact you about the hours you have booked. Nothing more.

We never sell or share your details, and we do not send marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept while they are needed to run the shala and to meet Spanish accounting obligations. Requests that are never paid for are deleted once they are clearly no longer live.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact address below and we will act within one month.

If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
